What We Search
Listings enter our platform through many permitted sources — and the architecture grows as new sources connect.
Multiple Listing Sources
Our architecture is built so listings can enter through many channels — not locked to a single paid data provider.
- Free/open listing sources where commercial use is permitted
- Public information where its use is legally and contractually permitted
- Authorized APIs
- Property-owner submissions
- Landlord submissions
- Property-manager submissions
- Manufactured-home dealers & communities
- RV parks
- Rent-to-own providers
- Owner-finance sellers
- Housing providers
- Approved partner feeds
- Admin-entered properties
Original-Source Linking
When we discover an external property but don't have permission to republish the full listing, we store only what's legally permitted for matching and send you to the original source with a "View Original Listing" button.
Direct Provider Submissions
Landlords, owners, and housing providers submit properties directly — and when they supply qualification requirements, those fields are marked "Criteria Provided by Housing Provider."
Stale Listing Management
We track when each listing was discovered, last checked, and last confirmed active. Stale properties are re-verified; unavailable ones are archived.
Duplicate Detection
The same property may appear through multiple sources. We detect duplicates by address, unit, price, and source identifiers — and merge while preserving attribution.
